  Ascot Hotel was great, the staff were awesome and really looked after us. It was our first time visit to Mumbai and was pretty full on, the team at the hotel made life a bit easier – in the crazy business of Mumbai!

  The hotel is located in Colaba, which is the best spot if you want to visit Mumbai's city center. The room we took was very big and perfectly clean. Also, it was located on the third floor and we couldn't hear a single sound coming from the street.
  The staff was very helpful and kind throughout our stay. They held our luggages for the full day of the check-out while we visited Mumbai from the morning and our departure time was late in the night. Nayim was especially helpful with us during our stay.

  We grew to like the Ascot very much, and would probably stay here again. The staff were amazing and eager to please. The location in the bustling Colaba district is great for visitors, and just a short walk to the India Gate and famous Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. The area feels completely safe, and the streets though crowded are friendly. The rooms area spacious. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of juice and fresh fruit and your choice on an Indian breakfast or eggs.

  Great location and staff is very kind. The hotel and rooms are clean and was overall satisfied with my stay. Mumbai is expensive so I can see why it’s a bit more pricey but all in all I think it was great. I ordered room service and the food was also very good.
