  the place is well maintained, clean, and no foul smell
  the room is clean and organized.
  The bathroom are well maintained and clean.
  The faucets, bidet and heater are working properly.
  Basic hygiene are covered shampoo and soap, towels, coffee, water bottle are fully stocked and replaced
  You can smoke outside of the corrider, just throw the butt at the trash
