  The staff was really thoughtful and accommodating. They assisted me with getting a reservation at Aer, which was a wonderful experience. They also assisted me with arranging a pickup of some packages and other extras which really made a difference in my stay. They were thoughtful about my gluten allergy as well. And they were attentive to my feedback to the spa team and overall responsive to my inquiries and needs. I greatly appreciated it!

  Room was amazing and staff really added to the experience with all the little gifts and small touches like fresh flowers, fresh fruit and sweet treats. Our room was spectacular with a view of Mumbai as far as the eye could see. Rooftop bar is worth a visit too. Many options available for breakfast. Staff were very attentive.

  The entire property is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, the rooms are well laid out with special attention paid to lighting and comfort. The bathroom was beautiful.

  The service was exceptional. The staff were always asking questions about our stay and if we needed anything. The room was cleaned twice a day. We used Ubers to get around and staff at the front of the hotel were always pleasant and highly efficient in managing the flow of cars arriving for drop off/ pick up.
  There is a restaurant/ business meeting lounge on the top floor and has great views of the city.
  We had daily breakfast, two evening meals, two lunches and one meal delivered to the room. The menu has a wide variety of international cuisines and was always first class.
  My daughter enjoyed the SPA massage.
