  It wasn't the first time I stayed at this hotel. I love this Victorian style, beautiful stylish rooms plus environment- hotel is situated in a green and super safe part of Mumbai.

  The personell was super nice, friendly and helpful, there is nothing to say other than that I really enjoyed their service. Also, there is a gym at the hotel, not a very fancy gym, but proper enough for some good runs.

  Location is great, cannot get any better, especially if you have business in Soho. I have stayed here the second time. Stayed in 2023 earlier. The rooms need an upgrade for sure. Cleanliness is fine, but rooms seem bare bones. The fridge is a good touch no doubt. Size of the room is decent, good in fact. Staff is good and helpful. But they can do so much more with this wonderful place. The rooms need to get cosier and feel upmarket. Rest everything is fine as such.
