  The location is excellent! A short walk to tourist attractions (such as the Gateway of India. Taj Hotel) a tourist market, a brewery, various cafes and restaurants (of different price ranges), pharmacies, convenience stores – anything you could possibly need at your fingertips! The area felt safe to walk around as a tourist – even late at night. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, particularly door staff and the elevator operator. The second room we were able to transfer to was adequate, with a window and renovated bathroom. The hotel is arranged over 2 floors – there is a small lift for those who do not like stairs but we often used stairs (was quicker).
