  Receptionist Afzal – Great person and funny, other things on the hotel may make you upset but after talking to him, all was fine, even if not fixed, he make you overseeing it just with way of doing things and communicate, he is a great guy,.

  The receptionist Afzal, he was very accomodating and was helping to assist on the needs. I could feel that he had some kind of freedom to make decisions on behalf of the hotel which in my opinion is very important as I work for Royal Caribbean cruises and not wasting time to call manager and etc is very crucial. He deserve all my recommendations.
