  The receptionist Afzal, he was very accomodating and was helping to assist on the needs. I could feel that he had some kind of freedom to make decisions on behalf of the hotel which in my opinion is very important as I work for Royal Caribbean cruises and not wasting time to call manager and etc is very crucial. He deserve all my recommendations.
