  The staff were helpful in general, though one member of staff told us breakfast was served at 10am when we asked about finding breakfast, which was false and not helpful at all. The location is very convenient for the airport, but not great if you are trying to see the major sights of Mumbai, which are ~1 hour away and it can be difficult to find a taxi driver willing to make the long journey. The bed was firm and comfortable.
