  Cheerful and helpful staff. As stated it is 10 mins (by tuk tuk) to airport. This whole area is not used to seeing white faces but as always in India we were treated wonderfully by locals. Some good local places for cheap food. Its proper Mumbai, its cheap, you got to go with the flow:-) oh yeah…the aircon actually works!

  I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the room was not clean, and the staff's attitude was rude and unhelpful.
  
  To make matters worse, we requested a refund just 10 minutes after booking, but our request was denied, and our payment was not returned.
  
  The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made our experience truly unpleasant. We hope the hotel management takes our feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their services.

  I didn't like anything about the place except the staff was humble but the room , location, everything was so dirty and I wanted to cancel the place right after seeing it but the staff denied it.
