  There was mouse in the room. We asked to change the room and they happily accommodate that request and shift us to another room next morning.

  Location is very near to the BKC and in heavy traffic as well with a car you can reach in maximum 20-30 minutes. Without traffic it is actually 10-11 minutes. The room was very clean and washroom as well. Bedsheets had some staining but was not smelly.
