  Great staff who were always willing to assist and help. Allowed us to have a quick shower before our flight even though we had already check-out. Made a whole difference. The concierge was very helpful in organising day trips for us. What we enjoyed the most was the Avartana restaurant, fine dining and great service, as well as the pool.

  The access from the airport, the facilities in general. Cooperative to extend check out if the request is genuine. Tv guides, bed comfort, etc. Are top notch.love the sustainability concept they have, but a lot more to be done and can be done.

  Breakfast !!! Staff at security , door , restaurants are very friendly and warm. Driver I had on my last day was very helpful with navigation around Colaba .
  Room service happened on time . Bell man all lovely lovely people . One guy let me use his personal WiFi spot for connection to hotel as my check in was a bit delayed
