  Well-equipped 1BR apartment that's fully furnished with all the amenities, TV, WIFI, furniture, kitchen with microwave oven, gas stove, washing machine, it really felt like a homely apartment. Powai as a location is wonderful with a lot of cafés, restaurants, shopping centres within walking distance. Regent Hill is a gated residency with security round the clock and the security are warm, friendly and professional. The housekeeping staff was regular coming in everyday to clean up the apartment and did a fantastic job. Nimish Chogle the General Manager is a thorough professional, very friendly and kind to deal with, we had a slight issue with the booking, but Nimish came in like a total pro and helped us settle the issue within that afternoon itself, it definitely made us feel comfortable and helped us enjoy the stay. Takeout deliveries is prompt in this area but you could also cook as they have all the facilities in the kitchen

  Location is good in powai and they have a caretaker available on call for any issues.The room is adequately sized for a single/couple traveller.The kitchen is well equipped.Super Market etc is close by.All eateries etc are at a walking distance of 10 min.
