  Staff were excellent. We had a special medical request and they dealt with it professionally and with a smile on their face.
  
  While we booked only a few days with Booking.com, we extended our stay with another booking from another site. Overall, we stayed for 9 days. We shifted rooms too. While the second room for the longer stay was smaller, it was cleaner and very comfortable.
  
  The housekeeping/cleaning staff does a good job.

  Good breakfast buffet with toast, cornflakes, fruit juice, small shots of yoghurt, fresh fruits. Just ask the personel for complementary breakfast like mango-lassi, scrambled eggs, cappuccino etc and they will get it for you! 😀
  Pleasant public areas, and the possibility to borrow a book from their public bookshelf, to return on the next stay there. 👍
  
  Extra info about the location: It's walking distance to the airport Terminal 1 (domestic), but Air india and Indigo operates from Terminal 2 for all their flights. 🙁
  It's walking distance (aprox 15 min) to the nearest railroad station Ville parle, where you can go with cheap public trains south to ie Dadar or Churchgate with walking distance to ie. Gate of India. The car traffic is slow and often a lot of traffic jams, so trains and walk is really cheap and sometimes faster than taxi.
