The bed was genuinely one of the most comfortable I’ve encountered in India, which isn’t something I say lightly after years of travel here.   This is an outstanding hotel in Bandra West, away from the bustle of the city. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. We find Indian food a little spicy but the staff often satisfied our needs by providing things not on the menu such as fish and chips, omelette and pizza. The hotel facilities are impressive – we were sorry we didn't stay long enough to enjoy them all.
  It is often the little extra things that make a lasting impression and my wife enjoyed feeding the rabbits and the fishes and listening to the bagpiper in the evening. Thank you for a very memorable stay.

  When I booked via Booking.com free airport shuttle service to and from the property was advertised. However, TAJ Lands End refused to provide a free shuttle service. They charged for airport pick up and drop off. I need a refund from booking.com. Seems like you are advertising on a false promise – fraudulent.

  On arrival, greeted by name and speeded through check-in — really appreciated after long/haul flight and no sleep. Lovely big room, big bathroom, fabulous view. Concierge and business desk wonderful fixing onward flight issues. Marvelous swimming pool and spa. Loved the rabbits! Great location in Bandra with super shops, bars etc. Above all, during our stay we were treated as guests, not as customers.
