  I’ll stay at the Saint Regis was above excellence, it was my birthday and they provided us with a daily treat including an entire birthday cake, red roses, and greetings from all staff members. The beds are the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced and the staff will go to lengths for you. Everything is sparkling clean and the rooms are beautiful, facilities in the hotel are excellent and there is even a bottle of champagne which is opened with a Sabre every day at 6 pm for a complimentary glass of champagne with guests.

  We visited in Jan 2025. The property is well maintained, fitted out with quality products, toiletries were of good quality. We were offered the pressing of two items per person per day which we found very useful as we were attending a wedding in Bombay. Daily yoga was complimentary. The shopping mall Pheonix Palladium attached to it is an added bonus and has a vast choice of shops and eateries .
  
  Staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. Special thanks to our butler Aaron, yoga instructor Prajeta and Ramesh, Dipti, Rupsa, Devendra and others at breakfast.
