  The hotel was very clean and comfortable and everything worked. The staff were very friendly and helpful to assist in all the requests for small things like providing ironing board etc.
  The breakfast was perfect and very tasty.
  The quality was toilet seat and rolls were of the best in my whole trip. The lighting in bathroom was brilliant to shave comfortably with enough room.

  Особое положительное впечатление произвела учтивость и внимательность персонала. Любая просьба или пожелание были учтены. В Мумбаи мы были первый раз, не знали где купить курицу. Менеджер Рошни заказала доставку через приложение и решила этот вопрос.
  Пожелание на завтраки тоже всегда учитывались. В первое утро пребывания в отеле подавали идли, национальное блюдо рисовые лепешки. Моему мужу они сильно понравились. Но знание английского у меня лучше и я попросила сделать такие еще . Просьба была учтена. Спасибо большое!
  
  Что касается номера. Номер большой просторный. Мы проживали в люксе. Фото на сайте соответствуют номера в живую, никаких насекомых и неприятных запахов. Уборка проводилась каждый день, полотенца менялись по запросу. Кофе (сублимированный) и чай пополнялись каждый день. Чистая вода из кулера тоже обновлялась по мере необходимости.
  
  На барной стойке в гостинной стоит микроволновка, которая доступна к использованию в любое время суток. Т.е. если вы купили что-то в магазине и вам надо это разогреть, внизу вы всегда найдете чистые тарелки и сможете разогреть свою еду в микроволновке.
  
  Санузлы чистые, удобные, душевая кабинка закрывается. И она, в принципе, ЕСТЬ! Что, как мы поняли, пока искали место проживания в Мумбаи, является редкостью.
  
  Район сам по себе не богатый, мягко говоря. Но расположение удобное. До городских пляжей Жуху и Версова 25-30 минут на тук-туке. До ТЦ Оберой молл примерно 40-45 минут без пробок.
  
  В пешей доступности немало магазинчиков, аптек, торговых палаток с овощами, фруктами, яйцами. Свежими и вкусными. Есть также банки.
  Так же есть кафе со срит фудом. Одно из них мы проверили, называется Chiken Mommos. Делают вкусные национальные пельмешки с разными соусами и др. Все вкусно, но надо быть готовым, что большинство индийских блюд острые. Никакого дискомфорта после такой еды у нас не было.
  
  В общем, плюсов очень много как у самого отеля, так и у его расположения.
  Когда приедем в Мумбаи очередной раз, остановимся тут же.
